And is it measured in the things that we possess?

What price must we pay to be a respected citizen?

Work ourselves into the grave simply to gain acceptance from

a society that keeps on -

Rewarding greed with respect,

Well that's something that I don't need.

I prefer to spend my life doin what I want; not what I'm told,

And I don't want to spend my whole life making someone elses wealth.

And I don't need acceptance from the people who just keep on -

It makes sense to keep the workforce poor.

Keep us on our knees and perpetuate belief -
