This sand

so many memories

washin away in the waves

As I walk

I remember the long days,

long boards

long..other things...

Staring across the water

I see the horizon shrinkin

stars appearin

or are they planes

I can't tell anymore

As the tide comes in

I should go in

Its gettin cold

or are you happy to see me

My mind is like this vast california ocean

And all your bringin are waves of emotion

But then maybe I could surf them

Cause when I get life's lemons
